How the 90 minutes run

Minutes 0 to 40. Your bank balance, the money owed to you and your bills for weeks 1 to 4. What if your slowest customer pays three weeks late?
Minutes 40 to 70. Weeks 5 to 13, your floor and your cliff week.
Minutes 70 to 90. One decision tested, and your next four Fridays written down.
Within two working days. Your one-page Cliff Brief.

For you if

you run a small business and send invoices that get paid weeks later,
you want to see the next 13 weeks of cash before a decision,
you would rather build it once with a person than alone.

Not for you if

your accountant already gives you a weekly cash forecast you trust,
you want someone to make the decision for you,
you need tax, accounting or investment advice. This session is a guide for your cash routine, and I am not a CFO or an accountant.

Questions

Do you see my bank account?

No. You read your balance off your own phone and type it into your own file. I never ask for a login or a statement. I do not record the call and I do not take a copy of your file. What I do keep is the written answers you send me before the session and the one-page Brief; I keep no other copy of your numbers. See the privacy policy.

Who runs the session?

The person who made the CFO Brain workbook. I am not a CFO or an accountant, and I will say so when a question needs one. The written Brief is in English.

Which app do I need?

A laptop or desktop with Apple Numbers, where the workbook has been tested. Other spreadsheet apps have not been checked yet, so I cannot promise it works in them. Ask on the free call.

What if my numbers are messy?

That is normal. You type your best guess and mark it as a guess. Your Friday check corrects it from week 1. The Brief is only as right as the numbers you type, and it says so.

Why only a few places?

One person runs every session, and I am still measuring how long a session really takes, including the Brief and the check-in.

What will the price be after the pilot?

I have not set a public price yet. I tell you the pilot price on the free call.

What if I need to cancel?

Tell me at least 24 hours before and I move the session to another time, or you get your money back. The workbook on its own keeps its 14-day refund promise.

Do I have to buy the workbook first?

No. The workbook is included in the session.

Why no phone number?

Everything starts in writing, so I can read what is going on before the call.

Who reads what I send you?

I do. Your answers are used only to reply to you.

Do I need to be ready with numbers for the free call?

No. The call is 15 minutes about whether this fits. You bring your numbers to the Build Session, and I send nine short questions first.

Can I just buy the workbook?

Yes. The workbook is sold on its own: see the workbook page.
