The promise
14-day refund promise. Ask within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund, for any reason, including the VAT or sales tax you paid. You do not need to give a reason. After a refund the licence for that purchase ends.
How to ask
- Write to hello@getcfobrain.com.
- Write the word "refund" and give the email address you used to buy and your order number (it is on your receipt).

Who pays it back, and when
We approve the refund and the checkout provider pays it back to the card or other payment method you used. We reply within 2 working days. A request sent within 14 days of buying counts, even if we answer later. How long the money takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card company; several business days is common.
Statutory withdrawal information
The promise above is voluntary and applies to every buyer in every country. It is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union have. The information on that right follows, and is also in section 8 of the terms of sale.
This section is for consumers: people who buy for purposes outside their trade, business or profession, where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, as it does for consumers in the European Union.
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
How to withdraw. To exercise the right you must tell us or the checkout provider of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement. The simplest way is the page Withdraw from your contract, which prepares an email to us. You can also write to Rami Tanous, sole trader, trading as CFO Brain, Putlitzstraße 16, 10551 Berlin, email hello@getcfobrain.com, or use the customer support of the checkout provider. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days have ended.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, you get back all payments you made for the purchase, including any VAT or sales tax you paid, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which your withdrawal reaches us. The refund goes to the payment method you used, through the checkout provider, and it costs you nothing. You do not have to pay anything for having downloaded or used the file.
Digital content. For a digital file that is delivered without a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal can end early if delivery started after you expressly agreed to that and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts (section 356 of the German Civil Code). Whether or not that rule applies to your purchase, our voluntary 14-day refund promise applies in any case: for 14 days after you buy, you can ask for a full refund for any reason.
