Withdraw from your contract
Use this page to withdraw from a purchase of the CFO Brain workbook. You do not need to give a reason.
Two things to knowConsumers in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days. Separately, our voluntary 14-day refund promise applies to every buyer, in any case: see the refund page.
Withdraw in three steps
- Press the button below. Your email program opens with a message to hello@getcfobrain.com that is already filled in.
- Add four details: your name, your order number (it is on your receipt), the date you bought, and the email address where you want our confirmation. Do not give a reason; none is needed.
- Send the message. Sending it is your withdrawal. It counts as made in time if you send it before the 14 days have ended.
The button does nothing, or you use a web mail service? Write from your own mail account to hello@getcfobrain.com with the subject "Withdrawal from contract" and the same four details, or use the customer support of the checkout provider (it is named on your receipt).
What you receive
- A confirmation by email, the same day. It repeats what you wrote and states the date and time we received it. Keep it as your proof. If nothing has reached you by the end of that day, look in your spam folder and send your message again; your first message counts as your withdrawal either way.
- Your money back. The full price, including any VAT or sales tax you paid, within 14 days of the day your withdrawal reaches us, to the payment method you used. After a withdrawal the licence for that purchase ends.
Who can use this page
Consumers who bought the workbook and are within the 14 days. If you bought for your business you have no statutory right of withdrawal, but the refund promise still applies: use the same button.
We use the details you send only to handle your withdrawal and your refund; see the privacy policy. Full legal information is in section 8 of the terms of sale.
