We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists, so there is no link to it here. Please write to us first at hello@getcfobrain.com; we will try to find a solution with you.

How we sell

CFO Brain's digital products are sold through Sold through Link, 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, United States. The checkout provider is the seller of record for your purchase. The terms of sale explain who does what.

Intellectual property

The site, the texts, the workbooks and the simulator are protected. No copying or resale without written permission.
